Delete my Ntima account
You can delete your account at any time, from the app or by e-mail.
From the app
- Open Ntima and go to the Profil tab.
- Tap Supprimer mon compte (Delete my account) at the bottom of the page.
- Confirm.
Without the app
Write to privacy@ntimardc.com from any address, with the subject “Account deletion” and the phone number of your account. To protect your account, we will send an SMS code to that number to confirm the request really comes from you. We handle the request within 7 days.
What happens next
- Immediately: your profile disappears from Ntima, nobody can see you or write to you, and your matches are closed.
- Within 30 days: your profile, photos, messages and preferences are erased from our servers. We also ask our verification provider to delete your verification data.
- What we keep: payment history, for the period required by law ([TO FILL: period]), and messages attached to an open report, for [TO FILL: number of days] days.
A Pass Diaspora subscription is cancelled with the account: no further charge is made. Passes already paid for are not refunded, unless our terms say otherwise.
Photos or numbers you had already shared with another person cannot be taken back from their phone.
