Terms of use

Last updated: October 28, 2026

By creating a Ntima account, you accept these terms. They are written to be read: take two minutes.

The French version is the reference version.

1. Who can use Ntima

2. Verification

To appear in discovery, every member verifies their profile with a live selfie compared with their photos. Diaspora members also show an official ID document. You have 3 attempts; after that, our team reviews your request. Verification confirms that a person is real, has only one account and looks like their photos. It does not guarantee anyone’s intentions: stay careful.

3. How to behave

On Ntima, you must not:

4. Messages and contact details

Conversations only start when the interest is mutual. Each person can send 12 messages; numbers, links and contact details are blocked in them. After 12 messages each, you can both agree to exchange numbers with the “Échanger les numéros” button. You can end a match, block or report someone at any time.

5. Passes and payments

6. Your content

Your photos and texts remain yours. You only allow us to display them in Ntima to run the service, as long as your account exists. You confirm you have the right to publish these photos.

7. Reports and sanctions

Our team reviews reports, safety ones first. Depending on how serious it is, we may hide content, suspend an account for 7 days or ban it permanently. You can appeal a decision through in-app support. We cooperate with authorities when the law requires it.

8. Meeting in person

Ntima connects you but does not take part in your meetings. For a first date: choose a public place, tell someone close to you, handle your own transport, and never send money to someone you have not met.

9. Liability

We do our best to keep Ntima working and safe, but we cannot guarantee an uninterrupted service or control every member’s behaviour. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law of your country gives you.

10. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time (see Delete my account). We may close an account that breaks these terms.

11. Changes and governing law

If these terms change in an important way, we tell you in the app before they apply. Governing law and courts: [TO FILL: e.g. “DRC law, courts of Kinshasa”].
